Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Overview
At TenyTrip, we understand that plans can change. This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which you can cancel your bookings and the eligibility for refunds. All cancellation requests must be sent to support@tenytrip.com.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are processed based on the timing of your cancellation request relative to the departure date. Please note that some specialized tours or festive season bookings may have stricter cancellation terms which will be mentioned during the booking process.
3. Standard Cancellation Charges
- 30 days or more before departure: 10% of total tour cost as processing fee.
- 15 to 29 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost.
- Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of the total tour cost (No Refund).
4. Non-Refundable Components
Certain costs are strictly non-refundable once booked, including but not limited to: non-refundable flight tickets, visa processing fees, entrance tickets for specific attractions, and insurance premiums.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, it typically takes 7 to 10 working days for the amount to reflect in your original payment method. We are not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions or third-party payment gateways.
6. Unexpected Cancellations (Force Majeure)
In the event of cancellations due to factors beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government orders), TenyTrip will facilitate the maximum possible refund or credit note from vendors, but cannot guarantee a 100% refund.
